                 In the reference cited, the Principal Secretary to Government, GVWV & VSWS Department has conducted a meeting with HOD's of line Departments on 18.02.2021 and requested to issue instructions to the concerned authorities of all Departments for opening of Service Registers to Departmental functionaries. Further requested to monitor and furnish the weekly report on the opening of Service Registers in the prescribed format and send the same to the following email ID given below:

                 In view of the above, all the District Collectors (PW) and District Panchayat Officers in the State are requested to instruct the MPDO's to open the Service Registers immediately in respect of Panchayat Secretary Grade. V & VI and to furnish weekly progress reports on the opening of Service Registers and the DPOs. The District Panchayat Officers are requested to send weekly progress reports in the enclosed format to this office and to the GVWV & VSWS Department through the email id given above.
